We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours, with the exception of sales periods where this make take up to 48 hours. Orders are processed and shipped on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

Once despatched, you will be notified of shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number to track your shipment. You will be able to track your order online or by contacting our customer care team at customerservice@cambardi.com. Please note that once despatched, we are unable to redirect orders to alternative addresses.

Deliveries are made between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday - Friday. As orders require signature upon delivery, please contact us prior to ordering for to delivery to PO Boxes.

Duties and Taxes

Orders may be subject to import duties, local taxes and customs fees. Payment of these fees is the sole responsibility of the Customer.

Returns Policy

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
For hygiene reasons earrings, swimwear and underwear are not eligible for returns unless faulty.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 14 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the create a Return Item(s) button. Just make sure you request your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within seven days of receiving your order.

Sign into your account and under My Orders, select the order number containing the items you would like to return. Click on the RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM button and choose the reason why you want to send your item(s) back. If an item is faulty, please provide details why.If you'd like to exchange an item because the fit isn't right, choose the replacement size.To request a refund, select how you would like to be credited. This needs to match the original payment method used. Please note, store credit is valid for 6 months from issue date.
